TED-Ed
The mission of TED’s official education initiative, TED-Ed, is to spark and celebrate the curiosity, creativity and ingenuity of learners and teachers throughout the world.
As popular with 35-year-olds as they are 13-year-olds, TED-Ed Animations (TED-Ed’s signature format) have been viewed over 5.5 billion times to date and are currently being viewed by learners — both inside and outside of school — over 2 million times per day.
TED-Ed is also known for its life-changing student talks program, educator talks program, and 13-time-Webby-Award-winning website, ed.ted.com — a first of its kind web app that allows its 1M+ registered educators to create interactive lessons around any video on Youtube for free.
